This Man Cave Sign is the perfect piece of funny home decor. An excellent gift for a husband or dad and also a great housewarming gift.
The wood is bamboo and has been painted black with acrylic paint for a smooth finish. Next, the design was cut in gold vinyl using the precision of a Cricut. After applying the vinyl sign to the wood base, I coated the front of the piece with a sealer to ensure it is water resistant and also to give it a nice smooth and glossy look.
Measuring 8 1/2 x 5 3/4, this sign is just the right size for a smaller area and will to take up much space on the wall. It is also only 1/4 inch thick, meaning it is lightweight and easy to hang.
The hardware used includes two circular hooks that have been screwed into the wood and secured with glue as well as a small piece of twine so you can hang this easily on a nail on nearly any wall. Alternatively, since the sign is small and light, you can easily mount it using something like the velcro Command Strips.
