The charms are attached with sticky putty but can also be affixed permanently with super glue.
This batch includes resin flowers, resin hearts, and resin butterflies that glow in the dark and are a beautiful neon color palette when in normal light. I added diamond powder to the resins for additional glitter and sparkles.
